There are 5 airports to land in hawaii and here is the list:
1. Hilo
2. Kona
3. Kahului
4. Honolulu
5. Lihue
Which is the best airport to land in? and which island I should i stay in, which island has the beach beach and has easy access to travel to other island by boat?
The Honolulu airport is the largest and is an international airport. Most flights land in Honolulu first and if you are going to other Hawaiian Islands, You would proably transfer to another smaller airplane.
Each of the Hawaiian Islands has its own personality and character. So, knowing what type of person you are and what you like to do will help you decide which of the islands you will like.
If you like tourists and fishing you should like the Kona area of the “Big Island” of Hawaii.
If you like solitude, a tropical feel, a rural atmosphere and you don’t mind rain, you should like the Hilo area of the Big Island. The west side of the Big Island has a few nice small beaches, including black sand beaches. Near Ka Lae, the southernmost point of the island you will find a green sand beach. Big beaches are not prevalent on the Big Island.
If you enjoy scenery, hiking, snorkeling, kayaking or surfing and don’t yearn for “night life” then the oldest of the islands, Kauai is for you.
If you are the kind of person who keep a bathing suit, snorkel gear or a surfboard in your car, then Maui is for you, because it has 120 miles of easily accessible and swimmable coastline, more than any other island.
If you have an artistic temperament or perhaps you like to get away and write, then seek out the island of Lanai.
If you love nature, hiking and solitude, then “the most Hawaiian” of the islands, Molokai is for you.
You’ll enjoy Oahu if you like beaches, shopping, tourists, high-rises, traffic and don’t mind a lot of other people. Honolulu is like a tropical version of NYC, or LA as it was in the smog-free 1950’s.

You really can’t practically go to the other islands by boat – i think the boat ferry that tried to start up an inter-island business stopped running.
Personally, I think some of the best beaches are on Maui, so if you can swing a direct flight to Kahului (Maui’s airport), that would be my suggestion.

Fly directly into Kona-Kailua from Los Angeles, trust me on this one, the Big Island is incredible.

I really enjoyed my time in Kauai and you would land in Lihue. Kauai has the top beach in the US rated by Dr. Beach which is Hanalei Bay. That is the north side of Kauai. Poipu Beach on the south side also has won as best beach before as well.
Just as the first person mentioned, it depends on what you are looking to do while on your trip to Hawaii. You can fly Hawaiian Airlines to get to the other islands as I do not think you can get to the other islands within a reasonable time by boat. Cruise ships will stop off at the different islands but they take their time getting there. Even if you fly, it takes around 15-20 minutes to get to each island. Just imagine how long it would take by boat.
Honolulu has the most flights out of the airports listed. You will see many international airlines at Honolulu and many flights leaving and coming in from the west coast.

Personally, I’d pick Hilo just because I adore Hilo. That said, I’m not much of a beach person, so I don’t know much about the beaches in the Hilo area.
If you’re wanting to travel to other islands by boat, and not an inter-island cruise, I’d go with Kahului. You can get to Molokai and Lanai via ferries from Maui. (The Hawaii SuperFerry went out of business earlier this year.)
