Chukoo is sadly mistaken. If a missile gets close, they are going to get their face kicked in, and China is going to stab us in the back with Russia, and that will be WW3, and the Jihadis will join them as well, and then nukes will rain down like the prophecy of God returning to the earth.
There will have to be a mushroom cloud on the west coast skyline before Obama has the sac to do anything about it and even then it’s questionable.

Now that is a good question and I say any nuclear missile that they fire for a test would be war. Nuclear tests are done underground not in a missile fired in the air, that would be so bad that china would invade them. Radiation and stuff goes a long way when it is not controlled underground.

If there is a sniff that NK is planning to goad America that seriously, they’ll be met with a pretty firm military response. NK does not have the cojones to really make a play against America because they do not have the firepower. China is not pleased with NK right now, and NK needs China in order to eat.
